2. Products All crystal awards are custom-made and personalized to your specifications. Product images are for reference only — final appearance may vary slightly based on engraving content and crystal size.

3. Order Process & Proof Approval After placing your order, you will receive a digital proof for review. Production begins only after you approve the proof. By approving the proof, you confirm that all engraving details (names, dates, text) are correct. Prism Crystal Awards is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of order.

5. Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery is 8–13 business days from order placement. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. Custom and engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged or contains a production error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property By submitting logos, artwork, or text for engraving, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials and grant Prism Crystal Awards permission to reproduce them on your order.

8. Limitation of Liability Prism Crystal Awards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
