Upon approval of your proof, simply place your order through our online store by selecting your crystal award, entering the quantity, and completing checkout.
If you have artwork or a company logo, please email it to artwork@prismcrystalaward.com.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. We will email you a free digital proof for your review and approval before production begins to ensure all engraving details are correct.
Do you charge setup fees?
No. We never charge setup fees for standard engraving or artwork preparation.
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed within 4–6 business days after proof approval. If you need your order sooner, please contact us. We offer free rush production whenever our schedule permits.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship orders throughout the United States via standard ground shipping from Los Angeles, California. If you require expedited shipping to meet a specific in-hand date, please contact us before placing your order.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We typically respond to emails and customer inquiries within a few hours during normal business hours.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Yes. Changes can usually be made before your proof is approved and production begins.
Do you offer custom engraving?

What is your return or exchange policy?
Because all awards are custom engraved and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.
What if there is an issue with my order?
