Processing Time All orders are custom-made and require production time. Please allow 2–3 business days for production after your digital proof has been approved. Rush orders may be available — contact us at sales@prismcrystalaward.com for availability.

Shipping Method We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking provided.

Estimated Delivery Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days after digital proof approval. Delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment, for a total of 5–8 business days after digital proof approval.

Packaging All crystal awards are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Each piece is individually packed with cushions and secured in a protective gift box.

Shipping Confirmation You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States.
